We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
Understand job requirements from clients and create or modify job descriptions accordingly
Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and headhunting
Conduct telephonic screening, assess candidate fitment, and schedule interviews with clients
Coordinate between clients and candidates during the entire recruitment lifecycle
Maintain candidate and interview data in internal trackers or ATS systems
Follow up with candidates post-interview until final joining
Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and TATs (Turnaround Times)
Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or leadership hiring based on client needs
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
6 Months to 1 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in Staffing hiring.
Familiarity with HR software like Zoho Recruit, BambooHR, or Workday.
Understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
