We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter (Female) to join our team. Whom would be a highly motivated and skilled who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities with confidence and professionalism. The ideal candidate should possess advanced communication skills, be an expert in telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, have experience in bulk hiring, and can work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
• Handle bulk hiring for different departments and locations
• Source and attract candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Build a strong network of connections and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Maintain detailed candidate databases and interview records
• Follow up with candidates and ensure high offer-to-join ratio
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, recruitment tools, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
