· Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process
· Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organisation
· Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring the right candidate for the job
· Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements
Responsibilities
· Design and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managers
· Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portals
· Screen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring process
· Identify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the same
