Key Responsibilities:

•     Execute recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

•     Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative      channels.

•     Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

•     Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

•     Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, offering feedback and updates as needed.

•     Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and detailed job descriptions.

•     Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

•     Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures.

•     Stay current on industry trends, job market conditions, and best recruitment practices.

•     Assist with on-boarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

•     Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and networking functions to promote the company and attract top talent.
