### Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying the right talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the company’s growth through effective hiring strategies.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions in collaboration with department heads

- Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, social media, and internal networks

- Source candidates using databases, networking, and online tools

- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fit

- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process

- Maintain candidate records and provide regular updates to HR Manager

- Support onboarding processes and documentation

- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring procedures

- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
