Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.

Source candidates via job portals, social media, and networking.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.

Support offer negotiations and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.

Requirements:

1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in EdTech, IT, or Sales).

Strong sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with ATS and basic HR tools.
