Job Summary
A2 Digital is looking for HR Recruiter to join our human resource team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for to manage the full cycle recruitment process for the organization. The task include identifying potential candidates, interviewing and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in hand salary and growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create effective job descriptions.
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding procedures.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, orientation, and HR operations as needed.
Represent the company at campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is a plus.
Qualifications:
Masters /Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Digital marketing agency or corporate).
