JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Get the candidates for the required positions by search though online, offline, networking, social networking and various other means for talent search. Create a pool of candidates for the current available positions as well as future positions.
• Provide high level of sourcing, networking for appropriate talent. Complete the recruitment cycle by giving the candidate’s immaculate information for job requirement and prepare them for the interview, Coordinate for the interview Schedule, Ensure that Candidates appears for the interview and get the feedback of the said candidate.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, business unit managers as well as others as appropriate to develop implement a strategic talent acquisition plan
• Maintain key metrics and reports to make sure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process, Work collaboratively with the market human resources, serving as the functional expert in the talent acquisition process
• Meet consistently established metrics for productivity, monthly goals, client satisfaction quality, candidates quality and consistency
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and also standards, within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and also accuracy of practice
• Promote individual professional growth development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing learning, and also skills competency
