We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus primarily on managing end-to-end recruitment activities and handling payroll operations, while supporting broader HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be well-versed in HR best practices, and demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Organize and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate related reports.
Gather and verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for monthly payroll processing.
Coordinate with the finance department or payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment and payroll.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
