📝 Job Summary

Densat is looking for a skilled and proactive HR professional with expertise in both payroll management and generalist HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, especially PF challan processing, and will be responsible for driving core HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement

• Prepare and file PF challans and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and compensation

• Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll audits and reconciliations

HR Generalist Functions

• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Support performance management and appraisal cycles

• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication

• Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, with proven payroll and generalist experience

• Strong understanding of PF challan processing and labor law compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
