The HR Operations Executive will support day-to-day HR processes and ensure smooth execution of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and HR data maintenance. The role involves handling employee documentation, HR systems, payroll coordination, and compliance support.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies.
Assist in benefits administration and leave management.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
