Handle onboarding documentation, joining formalities, ID creation, background verification.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Excel trackers.
Support exit formalities, FNF processing, and relieving documentation.
Track employee attendance daily.
Manage and regularize leaves, absenteeism, and late marks.
Coordinate with managers for approval workflows.
Maintain employee files (physical & digital) as per compliance norms.
Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, warning letter etc.).
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Manage HR helpdesk, respond to employee queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR operations activities.
Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and monthly HR dashboards.
Assist in HR policy implementation and communication.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
Maintain HR trackers (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee database, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply).
Strong command in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
