Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive (Generalist) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and people management activities. This role demands a balance of strategic and operational HR responsibilities to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management:

• Support in implementing performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA based).

• Assist managers in performance reviews and employee development plans.

• Monitor employee productivity and recommend training needs.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

5. Payroll & Benefits:

• Assist in payroll processing and maintaining attendance/leave records.

• Coordinate employee benefits like insurance, bonuses, and incentives.

6. Learning & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

• Maintain skill development records and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4–7 years of proven HR Generalist experience.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/HRIS).
