We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and operational HR tasks to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings. - Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating candidates to select the best fit for the organization. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed and integrated effectively. - Maintain accurate employee attendance records and address any related issues. - Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Assist with various operational HR tasks, including employee record management and reporting.
Job Requirements: - Minimum qualification: Graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in using HR software and tools for recruitment and attendance management. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to work 6 days a week.
