Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and training sessions.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll data collection and leave tracking.
Participate in audits and compliance activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
