Position: HR Operations Executive
Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Lonavala, Pune
Job Description (Short):
• Manage daily HR operations: onboarding, induction, documentation
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
• Handle attendance, leave management & basic statutory documentation (PF/ESIC/Gratuity)
• Prepare HR reports: headcount, attendance, attrition
• Address employee queries on HR policies, payroll & documentation
• Ensure HR process compliance and smooth admin support
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin
• 0–2 years experience (HR internship acceptable)
• Knowledge of HR processes & MS Office
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and confidential handling of data
