Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Induction:



Coordinate with the centralized HR team for end-to-end onboarding of new employees.



Assist in preparing joining kits and scheduling induction sessions.



Ensure timely sharing of employee documentation and help maintain internal employee

records.

Discipline & Policy Enforcement:



Monitor adherence to company policies and workplace discipline internally.



Coordinate with the centralized HR team to address policy violations or grievances.



Ensure enforcement of dress code and code of conduct in alignment with company standards.

Attendance & Leave Management:



Track and update daily attendance internally.



Coordinate with team leads and centralized HR team for leave approvals and discrepancies.



Share accurate monthly attendance data with the Centralized HR team for payroll processing.

Documentation & Compliance:



Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies in coordination with the

Centralized HR team.



Maintain internal HR records and databases for compliance and reference.


