Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Handle employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfers, exit process).
Maintain and update HRMS and employee records (physical and digital).
Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of inputs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of HR operations.
Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, experience, etc.).
Ensure timely closure of all operational activities including audits and reports.
Collaborate with the recruitment team for joining formalities and offer rollouts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Knowledge of statutory compliance
