Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it remains a welcoming and efficient space for staff and student clients.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate schedules to ensure optimal support for education counsellors.
Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries, either in person, via phone, or email, and direct them appropriately.
Maintain and manage student records, application files, and documentation in compliance with data protection policies.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, workshops, and student seminars.
Oversee office supplies, technology, and facility needs, including liaising with external vendors and IT support.
Assist with onboarding new staff and training on office procedures and systems.
Manage petty cash, invoicing, and coordinate with the accounts team for monthly reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with education counsellors to support seasonal campaigns, student recruitment events, and outreach activities.
Contribute to a positive, student-friendly environment and uphold the company’s values in all interactions.
