### 🎯 Role Overview
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing ••all human resource functions•• of the company including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, training, and performance management. This role will cover ••factory operations, office staff, and overall company HR policies.••

### 📌 Key Responsibilities
#### 1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Hire and onboard factory workers, supervisors, and office staff.
- Manage contracts and coordinate with the production contractor.
- Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and joining formalities.
#### 2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain attendance & leave records.
- Keep personal files, contracts, ID proofs, and statutory forms updated.
- Handle worker agreements and compliance with labour laws.
#### 3. Payroll & Compliance
- Prepare salary sheets for office staff.
- Verify contractor’s monthly wage bills (based on ₹25/kg production).
- Manage PF, ESI, Overtime, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations.
#### 4. Training & Development
- Organize safety training for factory workers.
- Conduct quality, hygiene, and skill-building workshops.
- Support office staff with professional and technical development.
#### 5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Arrange safety gear, uniforms, and welfare facilities.
- Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Organize motivational and team-building activities.
#### 6. Performance Management
- Develop appraisal systems for staff.
- Monitor factory productivity and attendance.
- Implement incentive schemes for outstanding performance.
#### 7. Factory HR Functions
- Create duty rosters for 2-shift operations.
- Work with Production Manager & Supervisors for manpower planning.
- Handle safety, health, and emergency HR issues.
#### 8. Strategic HR Role
- Design and implement HR policies for long-term growth.
- Ensure retention of high-performing employees.
- Introduce digital HR systems (attendance, payroll automation).
- Maintain company discipline and positive culture.

### 🏆 Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in HR / HR specialization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESI compliance.
- Good communication and people management skills.
