Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. This role ensures a productive work environment and supports the organization's strategic goals through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies.
Support performance management processes by coordinating reviews and feedback sessions.
Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-3years of experience in an HR role preferred, (Freshers are welcome too).
Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP or Workday.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
