We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management, talent development, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment and promote organizational culture.
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Manage HR staff and provide coaching and development.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
5+ years of HR management experience.
Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, healthcare].
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
