Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR policies, specifically tailored to the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office-based roles (sales, admin, engineers, etc.)

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires

• Handle employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment

• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

• Handle payroll coordination with finance/account teams

• Resolve employee grievances and disputes professionally

• Monitor attendance and leave records

• Conduct regular performance reviews and support appraisal processes

• Support HR audits and vendor management if required Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector

• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus)
