Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
Drive and execute hiring strategies.
Screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances with empathy and fairness.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Payroll & Compliance:
Manage monthly payroll, attendance records, and salary calculations.
Ensure timely statutory compliance.
Onboarding & Exit Management:
Conduct onboarding inductions for new joiners.
Oversee exit formalities and maintain proper documentation for resignations.
Team Building & Culture:
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and team outings.
Promote a healthy and collaborative office culture.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain HR records and provide monthly reports to the management.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and updates.
