Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
Administer HR policies and procedures consistently and in compliance with local labor laws.
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Organize employee engagement activities and support HR events.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Support training and development initiatives.
Maintain HRMS or internal systems and generate reports as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.
Good understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
