Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager for our plywood factory. The person will be responsible for hiring and managing workers, staff, and supervisors needed for smooth running of the factory.

Main Responsibilities:

• Hire and maintain the required number of workers, supervisors, and machine operators.

• Make sure there are always enough people to keep the factory running properly.

• Solve daily problems of workers and staff related to attendance, work, or any personal issues.

• Keep good communication with the workers and management.

• Have good contacts in the plywood industry for quick hiring when needed.

• Keep proper records of workers – attendance, leave, and any issues.

• Follow basic labour rules and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling labour and staff in a factory, preferably in the plywood industry.

• Should know people (workers, operators, supervisors) in the plywood or related industries.

• Able to talk and deal with workers and solve their issues calmly.

• Basic knowledge of labour laws is a plus.
