Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a vital part in building a positive work culture and supporting the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

• Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.

• Conduct stay and exit interviews and suggest improvements based on feedback.

3. Performance Management

• Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.

• Maintain performance records and assist with appraisal processes.

• Help implement performance improvement plans where necessary.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update HR records including attendance, leave, and payroll data.

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

• Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Develop SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs for various departments.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions.

• Keep training records and assess training effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of HR practices and Labor laws

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools)

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
