We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Non-IT Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations and recruitment, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes and HR support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the recruitment process for various levels within the organization

• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social platforms, and other innovative channels

• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and hiring managers for smooth onboarding

• Maintain HR records, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports

• Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks

• Visit project sites on a weekly basis and coordinate HR activities

Qualifications:

• Educational: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field

• Professional Certifications: Not mandatory

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiar with job portals and recruitment software

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Leadership and decision-making abilities

  • Relationship-building capabilities
