Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Conduct interviews, manage offer letters, and onboard new hires.
Employee Relations:
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Foster a healthy and inclusive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and applicable labor laws.
Maintain updated employee handbook and HR SOPs.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management:
Manage appraisals, promotions, and probation reviews.
Assist in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Training & Development:
Coordinate orientation programs for new employees.
Identify training needs and implement staff development plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS database.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management.
