NEETSupport is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to guiding NEET aspirants with personalized mentorship, high-quality academic support, and tech-driven solutions. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment and talent strategy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, counselling, academics, and support teams
Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and college drives
Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for evaluations
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring needs
Manage job postings, update recruitment trackers, and prepare weekly hiring reports
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Organize and lead walk-in drives, campus hiring, and internship recruitment
Assist in performance tracking and retention strategies for new hires
Key Skills Required
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and lead generation
Familiarity with EdTech hiring, especially for NEET or academic-focused roles
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals, ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and data handling (Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strategic thinking with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR preferred
