Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate and assist in monthly payroll inputs and attendance tracking
Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace environment
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
Oversee performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation records
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements
Assist with training and development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
