Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our medical laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policies. Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for lab technicians, administrative staff, and other roles

  • Develop job descriptions in coordination with department heads

  • Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding

• Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a healthy work culture and resolve employee grievances professionally

  • Conduct regular check-ins and pulse surveys to assess morale

  • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs

• HR Compliance & Records

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards

  • Maintain up-to-date HR records including personnel files, leave records, and training logs

• Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems

  • Assist department heads in setting KPIs and development goals

  • Support staff development and career progression plans

• Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate with finance for timely salary processing

  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and benefits administration (ESI, PF, insurance)

• Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange regular internal and external training sessions

  • Maintain training records and track competency evaluations for lab personnel
