Job Description – Assistant Manager/Manager HR
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including attendance, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and exit formalities.
Ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements (ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, Contract Labour Act).
Workforce Management
Lead large-scale hiring and onboarding of Delivery Associates, Distribution Hub staff, and other contractual roles.
Implement efficient deployment and attrition-control strategies.
Drive awareness and compliance of IC (Independent Contractor) agreements and KYC processes.
Compliance & Policies
Monitor adherence to labour laws and company HR policies across branches.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and client compliance requirements.
Ensure timely closure of vendor/contractor payouts and compliance registers.
Key Outcomes / KPIs
Employee attrition: Controlled attrition ratio within industry benchmarks.
Payroll accuracy: 100% accuracy and on-time salary disbursement.
Documentation: 100% timely submission of IC agreements, KYC, and audit registers.
Grievances: Resolution within defined TAT (e.g., 7 working days).
Training & Engagement: Quarterly training sessions and regular engagement drives.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Law, or related discipline.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or manpower-heavy industries.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage both frontline workforce and management.
Knowledge of Kannada is must \
