We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting goals and development plans for employees.
HR Policy & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., labor laws, workplace safety).
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll process in collaboration with Finance.
Manage employee benefits programs and recommend improvements.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for senior management.
