The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function within a dynamic real estate organization. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of project-based staffing, sales-driven HR structures, site-level workforce management, and compliance related to real estate operations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored for real estate roles.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for upcoming projects and sales launches.
Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with company goals and project timelines.
Drive goal-setting, KPI tracking, and regular performance reviews.
Support managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
Design and execute engagement activities for both corporate and on-site employees.
Manage employee satisfaction surveys and develop retention strategies.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Identify training needs specific to the real estate domain (sales skills, RERA compliance, project management, etc.).
Organize internal and external training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, RERA regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems for accuracy.
Maintain updated employee records and documentation.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Contribute to workforce planning for new projects and expansion plans.
Advise management on HR trends, compensation benchmarking, and policy formulation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years in the real estate.
Strong understanding of real estate organization structures (sales, projects, legal, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
Exposure to RERA-related HR compliance.
Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
Proven track record in setting up HR systems and processes for growing organizations.
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
