Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development professional to lead and manage training initiatives at Ramraj Cotton. The role involves identifying skill gaps, designing and executing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in L&D within the Textile, FMCG, or Manufacturing sector and possess excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills. This is a strategic role based at our Corporate Office in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, offering career growth in a reputed textile brand.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
01. Design and implement effective learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
02. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and levels.
03. Develop leadership development programs and functional skill-building modules.
04. Manage end-to-end training lifecycle – planning, execution, feedback, and ROI measurement.
05. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for training interventions. 06. Drive digital learning and e-learning initiatives.
07. Maintain training calendars, documentation, and MIS reports.
08. Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., POSH, EHS, etc.).
09. Mentor and guide in-house trainers and facilitators.
10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
