Duties & Responsibilities
§ Manage Staff Housing @Panchgani
§ Manage Staff Attendance Register
§ Help with coordinating on boarding of New Staff
§ Prepare Report and coordinate with staff for any issues related to stay/work.
§ Manage other HR related issues
§ Screen, schedule, conduct interviews and process all prospective candidates.
§ Maintain database of candidates in excel format with all the details
§ Send introductory, job profile related emails, maintaining email communication & email data
§ Interview candidates for 1st round
§ Screen shortlisting candidates over Call
§ Record all telephonic interviews & send copy of it to management
§ Work with organization to develop a recruitment plan & executing same
§ Prepare job offers.
§ Follow up on the interview process status with candidate & management
§ Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
§ Complete timely reports on recruitment activity & submit report on weekly basis to management
§ Reporting on daily basis to Owner
§ Manage and handle other administrative work of the Hotel.
