Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with over 2+ years of experience in handling end-to-end Human Resource operations. The ideal candidate must have completed an MBA in HR and possess strong expertise in recruitment (IT and Non-IT), labour laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliances. This role requires a hands-on professional who is well-versed in all core HR functions and can contribute strategically and operationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Utilize various sourcing channels (portals, social media, referrals) to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for selection.
HR Operations & Generalist Activities:
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy.
Implement and maintain HR policies in line with company standards.
Handle performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Payroll & Compliance:
Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, and reimbursements.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
Having an experience in registration of companies for PF, ESI and other certifications.
Handle labour law compliance including Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, etc.
Liaise with government bodies for audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Support management in handling disciplinary actions when required.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes (IT and Non-IT).
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and HR compliances.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools).
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to HR automation tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and administrative skills
