Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Support in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, leaves, and bonuses
Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management initiatives
Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
