🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening,
interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely
hiring.

Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and
promoting a collaborative work culture.
Conduct regular employee check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement

Support managers in performance reviews and recognition of high performers
