We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill internal hiring requirements.
Support training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR MIS reports.
Address employee grievances and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment or staffing firm).
Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable with a 6-day work week and ready to join immediately.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
