Maintain necessary records for audits and inspections.
Renew licenses and registrations on time.
4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Organize team-building activities, festivals, and celebrations.
Solve employee complaints and maintain a positive workplace.
Conduct feedback and stay interviews to reduce employee turnover.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs for staff.
Arrange skill development sessions.
Keep records of training sessions and outcomes.
6. Performance Management
Help implement yearly appraisals and goal setting.
Support managers in evaluating employee performance.
Maintain performance records properly.
7. HR Documentation and Reports
Keep all employee data and documents updated.
Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Use HR tools to manage daily work.
8. Conflict Management
Mediate between employees or departments if any issue arises.
Handle internal conflicts smoothly and fairly.
9. Onboarding and Exit Formalities
Welcome and train new employees.
Conduct exit interviews and handle final settlements when someone leaves.
