4 to 5 years of proven experience in HR and banking-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel both locally and outstation as per business needs. Capable of handling bank interactions and coordinating with external dealers. Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, HR documentation, HR tools is an advantage. Oversee day-to-day operations of the bank branch and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated customer issues.
