Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets.
Guide, mentor, and support junior recruiters to improve their performance and productivity.
Drive team performance through effective coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Recruitment Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles, functions, and industries.
Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in all recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and trackers for all recruitment operations.
Client Coordination
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, align on hiring strategies, and ensure timely closures.
Gather feedback from clients and ensure a smooth recruitment cycle and high client satisfaction.
Sourcing & Tools
Utilize major sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and Shine for talent acquisition.
Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, trends, and industry best practices.
Additional Advantage
Prior experience in overseas recruitment will be considered a significant advantage.
