   • Utilize major sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and Shine for talent acquisition.

   • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, trends, and industry best practices.

   • Prior experience in overseas recruitment will be considered a significant advantage.
