Talent Acquisition & Staffing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and staff-level positions.
Plan and execute manpower deployment strategies across client locations.
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation in line with company policies.
Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance:
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
HR Policy Implementation & Administration:
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain statutory records and support during internal or external audits.
Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for client escalations and manpower-related matters.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct periodic site visits for grievance resolution and employee engagement.
HR Systems & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee data in HR software and ensure timely updates.
Prepare and present HR and payroll reports to management.
Leverage digital tools to streamline HR operations and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
Drive engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace culture.
Support training and skill development programs for continuous improvement.
Female candidate with strong HR domain expertise.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping industry.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR software applications.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both office and field responsibilities.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
