About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns who are eager to start their career in Human Resources. This role is ideal for freshers or students currently pursuing their graduation and wishing to gain practical HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Maintain applicant data and HR documentation

• Support onboarding activities

• Contribute to recruitment drives and HR projects

• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers

• Handle basic HR operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Freshers or currently enrolled college students

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work remotely with discipline

• Basic understanding of HR processes (training will be provided)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
