End to End recruitment process (Sourcing Cv’s Through Walk-IN/Job Portals/Employee Referral/Database) -Conduct detailed HR Interview.
Planning of human resource requirements in consultation with head of functional & operational areas.
Pipeline Management
Salary Negotiation & Offer discussion.
Reference check / Educational verification of offered candidate.
Identify open position and create mobility / Diversity / Inclusion etc.
Talent review and succession planning to create a pool of talent for business need.
Business alignment for Manpower Optimization and per person productivity.
Preparation of salary matrix w.r.t. current employee Qualification & Grade to maintain Internal Pay Parity
Compensation and Benefits briefing to the selected candidate
Offer Management including generating offer letters & Roll-outs in consultation with the reporting manager according to the organization salary matrix
Following-up with Candidate for Offer acceptance, Post Acceptance following-up for Resignation
Acceptance from the previous organization and Confirmation regarding date of joining.
Locum Arrangement when there is a crisis and Preparing Locum Agreement
