We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and update internal databases.
Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
Support performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Handle basic administrative tasks and contribute to day-to-day HR operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
