Edlernity is on the hunt for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Human Resources team as HR Interns! This 2-month remote internship is your chance to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to HR operations.
What You'll Do:
- Dive into recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure a warm welcome for new hires
- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files with precision
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events that foster a positive work culture
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation that drive organizational growth
- Support payroll and compliance-related tasks to ensure seamless HR operations
- Collaborate with different departments to drive HR initiatives forward
What We're Looking For:
- Freshers or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies (nice to have, but not essential)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to handle HR tasks efficiently
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- A keen desire to learn and grow in the HR domain
