Zoodle Kid is a no-screen, multilingual, science-backed early childhood development platform designed for children aged 0 to 6 and their mothers in the prenatal/postnatal stages. Built on the proprietary 9Q Framework, Zoodle Kid integrates expert-led guidance and play-based learning aligned with Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and Play-way methodologies.
The Academic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting curriculum development, conducting structured training for the counselling and parent support team, and managing research data, documentation, and pedagogical resources. This role blends academic rigour with creative curriculum thinking to ensure a high standard of implementation across Zoodle Kid programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Assistance
Assist curriculum leads in designing and structuring weekly and monthly curriculum frameworks across age bands (0-2, 2-4, 4-6 years)
Align all content with the Zoodle Kid 9Q framework and holistic development milestones
Review, refine, and organise content to ensure continuity, coherence, and cultural relevance
Support in preparing workbook content, voiceover scripts, and SME guidance documentation
2. Training & Internal Knowledge Transfer
Design and deliver periodic training sessions for the Counselling and Parent Support team to ensure strong curriculum understanding and accurate parent communication
Prepare SOPs, visual guides, and sample scripts to simplify delivery and onboarding
Provide refresher training and curriculum updates as per content rollouts
3. Research & Pedagogical Input
Conduct desk research to support curriculum design
Compile comparative frameworks for Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other philosophies to support curriculum mapping
Stay updated on the latest ECCE guidelines and global best practices
4. Data and Documentation Management
Maintain records of all curriculum drafts, validated scripts, research inputs, and SME notes
Support in tagging, categorising, and uploading curriculum content to Zoodle’s internal systems
Maintain training logs, feedback summaries, and activity success reports
Key Requirements
Master’s in Early Childhood Education / Psychology / Child Development / Curriculum Studies
Minimum 1 year of experience in curriculum design, academic coordination, or teacher training in early education settings. Freshers are considered too.
Effective communication skills (English proficiency required; knowledge of Indian languages preferred)
Passion for child development, parent empowerment, and curriculum innovation
Desirable Skills
Exposure to Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or Waldorf methods
Experience working with multilingual or culturally diverse educational content
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or LMS platforms
Interest in creating voiceover scripts, activity videos, or visual training decks
